Career Description/Summary:

If you like working in close-knit teams, can handle a fast-paced, fun environment and you're eager to help people, we want to talk to you! We are currently looking for bold, tenacious and out-going people to join our team. This customer service position provides the first point of contact with current and potential guests to meet and exceed the coaching and managing of our driving experiences. The Experience Coach has the following areas of responsibility: provides above and beyond customer service, provides thorough vehicle tutorials, completes thorough safety meetings with enthusiasm, coaches drivers on driving each car safely, provides clear rules and expectations, organize rally style events in a timely manner, detailing exotic cars, sanitizing interiors and working space, drive high performance vehicles safely and confidently, obtain information and data, input consumer data and file information, analyze consumer situations, determine need for escalation and assist in resolving unsafe situations.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to collaborate with peers, internal partners and external customers to offer them an excellent customer service journey
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (literally)
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal)
  • Monitor all expressions about our clients
  • Pro-actively share knowledge with our management to improve our experiences
  • Pro-actively, as well as re-actively, respond to any safe and unsafe driving operations
  • Strive for 100% customer satisfaction on all contact platforms including social media
  • Manage, maintain and improve cleanliness and sanitization of exotic and supercar fleet


  • High School Diploma or GED, some secondary level education preferred
  • Must have full G License with clean abstract
  • Atleast 21 years of age
  • Excellent driving skills (VERY Important)
  • BE an Automotive/Motorsports Enthusiast
  • Experience in customer service: ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner to both external and internal customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
  • Team player and willingness to learn

Job Duties:

  • Provide Professional Vehicle Tutorials on safe operating procedures
  • Deliver Professional and Enthusiastic Safety Meetings prior to each driving experience
  • Coach and support all guests to ensure a 5 star experience from start to finish
  • Manage all driving experiences safely and effectively
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Detail exotic and supercars prior to each event
  • Provide maintenance checks on fuel levels, oil levels, tire pressure levels and safety overview of each vehicle
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
